So my cousin was around while I was on my lunch break, and they all nicked off and left me, a 19 year old only child with no social skills, with a hyperactive 6 year old girl…who also has no social skills. Although, she’s two, so I guess she has a good reason. =_=
Anyhoo, so she wanted to hear a story, so I started to tell her Cinderella. “HEARD IT!” She yelled, knocking several years of my life expectancy. Why do children, who have small throats and haven’t fully learned to use speech, hit the decimals I wish I could reach. Unfair.
And this went on for a while. Snow White? “HEARD IT!” Red Riding Hood? “HEARD IT!” Rapunzel? “HEARD IT!” Surely not Beauty and the Beast? “HEARD IT!”
Downtrodden, I finnaly came up with a plan. If she had heard all these stories, I’ll make up a new one!
